The story
The Nunziatella, at Pizzofalcone, is one of the oldest military schools in the world, founded in 1787 and housed in a complex that had been a Jesuit novitiate since 1588. Beside the academy, the church of the Santissima Annunziata holds works of art of the Neapolitan eighteenth century; the historical museum tells of its long story.
