In short

This site has no accounts, no advertising and does not profile you. No Google Analytics, no Google Fonts, no advertising pixels.

The only thing we store in your browser is the language you pick. That is why you see no cookie banner: there are no cookies to consent to.

Language

When you pick a language from the menu, your choice is stored in a technical cookie (gemme_lingua) lasting one year. It exists only so we don't send you back to the wrong language next time.

It does not identify you, does not profile you and is never shared. It is exempt from consent because it is strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for.

Who sees your IP address

The site is hosted by Vercel, which technically sees the page requests — as any web server does. That is unavoidable: without it, the page could not reach your browser.

No ad network, no fonts loaded from external servers.

Visit statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It is a COOKIE-FREE tool: it does not identify you, does not follow you across sites and builds no profile of you. It counts visits, not people.

That is why the site still shows you no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. We tell you anyway, because you deserve to know.

Account and sync (optional)

The site works without signing up: favourites and lists stay on your device. You can, if you wish, create a free account with “Sign in with Google” to find your lists across devices. It is never required.

If you sign in, we process only the minimum: your email address (from your Google account) and your lists/favourites. Nothing else, no profiling, no sharing with third parties. The legal basis is the performance of the service you request (GDPR art. 6.1.b).

Authentication and storage are provided by Supabase (Supabase Inc.) as data processor, on infrastructure within the European Union.

You can sign out anytime (data stays on the device) and delete your account and synced data from Settings: deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (GDPR arts. 15-22), and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

If you browse without an account we hold no data about you: erasure is achieved by clearing the site's data in your browser. If you have an account, you can delete it with its data from Settings. Any questions: emlez.info@gmail.com.
