The story
The beach of Tordigliano is in the territory of Vico Equense but faces the Gulf of Salerno, on the stretch of coast that joins the Sorrento peninsula to the Amalfi Coast, not far from Positano. It is one of the few wild and free beaches left in the area, without roads or buildings that reach the sea.
What to see
A wide and natural strand, closed by slopes covered in Mediterranean scrub, with clear water and the view sweeping towards Positano and the Coast. Its beauty lies precisely in the absence of everything: no establishments, no clamour, only sea and nature.

You go down on foot from a path that starts along the state road (around kilometre 8 of the Amalfi state road): it is steep and immersed in the vegetation, wear suitable shoes and not beach sandals. There are no services: bring water, food and shade, and take your rubbish back with you. Better with a calm sea.
